I contacted DataViz several times and NEVER received a reply for help when PP wouldn't work in Leopard, heck even before that I had asked for more features and more updates prior to Leopard. On another's recommendation I switched to Data Guardian. Initially it felt weird/different then PP, but once I imported all of my PP data (booting to Tiger drive, exporting data from PP, massaging the data until I could get it to import to DG ... blah, long gross story) I now am very happy with DG and I am glad of being forced to switch.
