Guys, ladies, don't fall for this snake oil! This is a scam, if it was possible to predict the lottery numbers at all, this scammer would be in the business of winning large sums of money, not selling this lie. HE would be using it to fill his own pockets, not posting it here, waiting for the suckers to bite.

THIS PROGRAM IS A LIE, IT NEVER DID, AND NEVER WILL PREDICT ANY LOTTERY! THE ONLY ONE MAKING ANY MONEY WILL BE THIS SCAMMER IS IF ANYONE FALLS FOR THIS STUPIDITY AND GIVES THEIR MONEY AWAY TO HIM!

A SCAM!!! - Kent Durvin

Of course, the numbers might win. There is the same chance of one of the predicted sets of numbers winning as any other set.

To understand why it can't work, consider a simpler situation: flipping a coin. There are 2 sides to the coin, no matter how many times it has come up heads. The chances of flipping heads 30 times is 1 in 2^30, or 1,073,741,824. If you have already flipped heads 29 times, the chance of the next flip being heads is 1 in 2. The chance of any random combination of heads and tails in 30 flips is also 1 in 1,073,741,824.
The situation with lottery balls is more complex only because there are more possibilities. Lotteries have been called a "tax on ignorance".
