I've experienced most of the problems listed and have been frustrated by support. They keep spamming me with a link to stop the spamming, but that link was frustrating and didn't work. I have switched happily to using GarageSale over a month ago since your program, your support, etc, haven't been working for me for months, if not years. I assume it's an ebay, equinux problem, but it is not a good business situation for me and my company to depend on your company. I'm just writing off the money wasted thus far and simply wish you wouldn't send me any more emails. Your company is beyond redemption at this point and its reputation reflects customer disappointment. (Then to send me the link again, is simply adding insult to injury. JUST REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LISTS PLEASE.)
