Aha! I fixed my problem with Plugsuit by deleting Application Enhancer and Menu Extra Enabler from my system, both Unsanity software.

I had mee installed originally but disabled it before upgrading to Leopard. I double checked and it isn't installed, but PlugSuit is still having the loading problem.
