Existing users, 
Apart from a total lack of documentation (I have visited developers website) I have installed this and even restarted twice and each time any improvement in the interface b the supposed SIMBL plug-in in totally unnoticeable.
This adds nothing usable that said it does nothing bad either. Adding (p)avatars manually by selecting website in safari the cmd - C and cmd-V works this however does nothing that address book did before.

Have you looked in the "Card" menu ?There should be a menu item called "Download custom image..." or hit command-G.
If you are on Leopard it should work just fine.
