A couple of weeks ago I complained here like this: "PAID, BUT STILL NO SERIAL NUMBER". It's only fair to say here now that it was COMPLETELY my fault. The serial number was sent to me several times but every time my spamfilter intercepted the message from John Lowrey (northernsw@mac.com). I have no idea why I ever put mac.com on my 'blocked senders' list, but I did. So again: I'm very sorry, Mr. Lowrey.
