Can't figure out how to install it! The instructions say to install into the "cgi-bin" folder. There is no such folder on my hard drive.

2) upload "_naiospy" folder to your "cgi-bin" folder in your web host in ascii mode.well, naiospy is supposed to uploads pics to your web host, if you don't have one I have no idea how to help you. I'd reccomed you get a free unix web host supporting perl and all.
If you are going to run the server part on you mac (Turn on Personal Web Sharing) then your web root directory should be:
(I'm sorry, below is a wild guess of mine)
/Users/ElectronMan/sites
you can create "cgi-bin" folder on the spot and put "_naiospy" folder right there (remember to chmod .cgi files)
chmod u+rx $HOME/sites/cgi-bin/_naiospy/nph-resp.cgi
chmod u+rx $HOME/sites/cgi-bin/_naiospy/cpanel/naiospy.cgi
chmod u+rx $HOME/sites/cgi-bin/_naiospy/cpanel/viewer.cgi
chown -R $USER:$USER $HOME/sites/cgi-bin/_naiospy
Now, you should be able to reach naiospy control pannel here:
http://youripaddresshere/~ElectronMan/cgi-bin/_naiospy/cpanel/naiospy.cgi
Hopefully, you'll get to get it working. Do keep me updated!
Happy Holidays
