I have upgraded from a fully paid and registered Version 1.085 to 1.086.
This upgrade does not allow me to enter my licence code.
Anybody else found this problem?

Same problem here. I've tried to contact tech support but they're not responding. I couldn't be more let down by a product and customer service. There should be a phone number to get emergencies answered. Especially if your are a customer.

I had the very same problem. Because of the font they use, it's impossible to distinguish between lower case "L's" and "1's." So I copied and pasted. It was still rejected. I have had no response from support@dvdxdv.com. I've call my credit card company to dispute the transaction as fraudulent.Friday, March 27 2009 @ 06:04 PM PDT
