I purchased Submerged on December 5th. I had an avi movie that needed subs. I had the sub file in one of the recommended formats and tried the merge process. The program wouldn't do the subtitle merge and said the subtitle format was not recognized ??? I emailed the developer for help and advice. It has been two weeks with no response.

Poor customer support - jogga_dotmac

Well, you know these days you can't make sure that your mail reaches the developer (me, in this case). Spam filters may have sent your mail into the void. Why don't you fill in the contact sheet at http://www.bitfield.se/contact??? Maybe you shouldn't be so hard to judge before you have tried? I try to reply to each mail I get...

I've used the form on the website and always received a prompt reply. I haven't had any major problems with crashing on my Power Mac G5, running Leopard 10.5.2, but it has carshed once or twice. Usually repairing disk permissions seem to resolve the problem
