I've tried gMailContacts, a shareware limited to email address exports prior to purchasing.

The free portion of it makes multiple entries for each email address (meaning if your contact has a home and work email, their name will appear twice in your gMail contact list)

Folks, try "A to G", not only did it get this portion of it right, but it also successfully exports all your contacts' phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, companies, job titles and notes FOR FREE!!!!!!
