Existing users, 
Very unstable with 10.5. A lot of problems with video and with video quality. I wish that Skype would put the same amount of effort into the OSX release as the Windows version.
And the BETA version is even worse, just smoke and mirrors.
iChat used to be a poor alternative to Skype but with the Leopard release I find it far superior.
