If it has a $35 price tag that you must pay in order to use it, that's not shareware. It's a commercial product.

Shareware is a "commercial" undertaking - it's never been defined as free or not-for-profit. The advantage is that you can try before you buy, and that you don't have to pay for advertising, packaging and distribution.Reply to This
