Leopard seems to have broken this program. It's a shame. I'll really miss it until they come up with an update to fix it.

Inkscape works on my G5 PPC (10.5.2) with XQuartz 2.1.4 version of X11.

It took nearly five minutes to start on the first launch, and there was no splash screen, so I didn't know it was launching. Now it launches in about ten seconds. Give it another try. You may have to wait a bit for the first launch.
