Tech Support for the Mac platform is non existent - bratdaddy

They never helped me. First, I would download a copy of EasyFind. Use it to locate all norton and or symantec files on your machine. Make triple sure you remove any entry in login items before you begin, then logout and back in. Clamxav is competent but limited. If you read the documentation and understand its limits you'll be ok. And it is updated at least daily. You probably have a license for NAV and want to reinstall it. Same procedure, you really have to clean the old files away completely before you reinstall. Good Luck.
