I was a Safari 2.0 user for quite some time, but because I didn't like the idea of Safari being so tied into the OS for simple things like updates, I started looking elsewhere. After trying the rest, I have happily settled on Camino. I don't necessarily have to update my WHOLE OS just for a small browser update, plus Camino seems to be very snappy, customizable (cosmetically), and just overall unobtrusive. And because it can go just about anywhere Firefox goes, I really like the sense of freedom that many others enjoy. PLUS solid ad and Flash blocking is built in.
If you don't like the way Apple is 'pushing you forward' to fit their agenda, consider Camino and take back control of your advancement!
For the record, I am using this on a PowerBook G4 (1.5ghz), OS 10.4.9. Flawless performance since Camino 1.5.0.
Highly recommended!
