Existing users, 
This USED to be a good program. However the only updates have been incremental/fixes, instead of listing to customer feedback and improving it.
And the current versions have severe MEMORY LEAK problems that cause your system to max out the processors for no reason. Killing and restarting the program is the only solution, and then the memory leak problems return soon.
Company refused to fix.

I don't know where you are getting that "company refused to fix" stuff. I have a message in my Inbox directly from the company that explains how the problem is with REALbasic, not with this app. The workaround if you need to have extended uptimes is to use the PPC version, which does not have the leak.But I guess you would rather rant then ask them...
