Unable to install

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Contributed by: GraniteState Friday, December 07 2007 @ 08:58 PM PST

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Updater complains that a newer version is already installed. I have 2.01 installed - this is version 2.02. Tried deleting the 2.01 version but the 2.02 updater continues to insist that I have a 'newer' version already...
System Info:OS X 10.5.1

Unable to install - Robo-X

Go to /Library/Receipts/ folder and delete Install Garmin WebUpdater.pkg. After that you should be able to install the 2.0.2 Webupdater.

Unable to install - songliner

Works, thanks a lot - but I don't feel really comfortable with SW forcing me to do this...

It's a small bug where the Install Garmin WebUpdater.pkg receipt have version 2.1. Which is obviously higher than 2.0.2. Nothing to worry about.
