menu items disabled - kkillian

at first strat up there are some popups for select some options, and if you don't see them the menu seems disabled.
Reload the program and make attention.
Sorry for the problem i'll try to optimize that.

It's easy for the initial pop-ups to be covered by other windows, especially under Leopard. If this does happen, try moving a few windows to one side and you'll probably see the initial pop-up query window. This kind of problem can affect many programs, not just this one, and it's definitely got a lot worse under Leopard, which often brings the Finder to the front because of its confirmation windows that you initially have to click through. Thus the program you've just launched ends up not being the foreground application, and if you've got a big Finder window in the middle of the screen, it tends to obscure other new pop-up windows that you'd expect to be able to see. (It can obviously happen under Tiger as well, which is what the original poster was using, but under Leopard it's far more likely to be a problem.)
