Build 5570 was released 7 days ago with an extensive list of changes, but no mention of any changes for this release. Presumably something was diabolically wrong with the old version for this new version to be posted so quickly.

Oh! Wait a minute - I don't see the word BETA anywhere. Maybe that's it...

The answer to my own question appeared in the read me stuff during installation. Looks like it's still in Beta:
