the day i bought it I found when i tried to backup my playlist it duplicated all the tracks again in itunes. I spent hours going through and deleting all the duplicates. I also waited days for a reply from support and at the time of writing this still had not heard from them given the opportunity again they would NOT MY PRODUCT OR COMPANY OF CHOICE. I have also requested a refund and you guessed it still waiting for a reply

backing up Playlist - dfdownload

I am sorry that your experience with iPod Access and our company has not been up to your standards. I can tell you that we have squashed some bugs that would cause the duplicate songs problems you have described. Version 4.2 has these updates. If you ever decide to give iPod Access a try again I hope we can serve you better.
