FINALLY, verison 3.0 definitely has improved over past versions. Now the startup is very fast, and everything can be configured to your liking! I'm currently in demo mode but will definitely be buying! The interface is intuitive, and it makes organizing my videos much easier than having it all sporadically laid out in folders with no ability to quickly preview them in big thumbnails....
