Has anyone actually successfully downloaded this? The VT link is broken, as well as the Parallels website link at http://www.parallels.com/en/download/desktop/beta/

A better question is can it be installed? I still can't install Parallels 3.0 on Leopard with their installer. Instead of paying $30 for a phone call, may be it is money better spent buying VM Fusion. These guys don't answer questions and don't get it and they won't get any more of my money.
