This guy stole my money. I paid for an upgrade through PayPal on July 26, 2007. I never received the serial number. For the past four months I have tried to contact him and he never answers my email. BEWARE!

Hotheaded Remarks - Jeff Mincey
The person who wrote this "review" and who calls the developer a thief is clearly a hothead who doesn't bother to think things through and whose mind goes to the worst possible assumption FIRST rather than for it to occur to him that maybe there was a glitch in the e-mail, (such as routing to spam), etc.People like this I wouldn't give a thought.

That's not true... why would I take payments and not give out registration codes? The system is completely automated. If you didn't get the code, most likely your e-mail server/client put it in a spam folder. You can use the serial number recovery system here: http://www.raynersoftware.com/contact/lostcode.php and your code will be re-sent to your e-mail account. If I wanted to be a thief, it seems there would be easier ways than writing a big application and then just not giving out the unlock codes when people pay for it. :)
