I´ve and all of my customers never had problems as described in the other comments here.
Parallels is by far the most advanced and comfortable VM on Mac today.
If your system is ok and you have 2 GB RAM it will run perfectly.
Btw info2227: You should not try to install it on an iBook ;)

Uh...iBooks do not have Intel processors, so there's no "there" there.
