Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 6-12 months

I am running version 1.9.8 on a iMac G5 with 1.5 GB RAM. Recently Forecasts and ext Forecasts fail to load data. I have recently upgraded to 10.5.1 Leopard but the loading problem could have started before that time. I have tried reinstalling the software to no effect. My iMac was updated from 10.4.10 rather than a clean install, Help please. We use this program often and during hurricane season here in Florida it is indispensable.
System Info:Model Name: iMac G5 Model Identifier: PowerMac12,1 Processor Name: PowerPC G5 (3.1) Processor Speed: 2.1 GHz Number Of CPUs: 1 L2 Cache (per CPU): 512 KB Memory: 1.5 GB Bus Speed: 700 MHz Boot ROM Version: 5.2.6f1 OS version 10.5.1, BUILD 9B18,

Doe not display Forecast or Ext Forecast under Leopard - quaoar

I'm still running Tiger and I am having the same problem. I tried the standard fix--reentering the cities. No luck.
