For those that are nervous about using beta software on their system, or for people that want to keep their options open, OS X's Disk Utility software also allows you to clone your BootCamp partition.
I'm not trying to disparage Winclone, but let people know there are other programs that "just work"

Disk Utility will make an image clone of the NTFS boot camp partition. However, according to Apple tech support, restore using disk utility is not supported, ie probably won't work. And of course there's no way to nondestructively test if your backup clone will succeed.Reply to This
