I used to use this product daily as it is the only note organizing database that lets me right-click in any text field in any application and lets me choose one of my notes to paste. Since the mandatory upgrade for Leopard compatibility (version 5.x refused to even install), the Paste Notes feature simply does not work. All it does is cause the window I'm working in to lose focus.
The other feature I relied on is being able to click on their menu extra and search for a note. Now, it doesn't seem to search the titles of the notes very well, nor does it seem to be able to search inside URLs in notes.
As a software developer I understand that in the final Leopard version some bugs may be introduced that were not there before so it's quite conceivable they are working on fixing my two major issues. However, they have failed, after an entire week, to respond to my questions at all! This is unacceptable. Even if they said "we're busy, but working on it, we'll let you know in a week", I'd understand. But as it stands right now, they're ignoring me. Email to their customer service address has also gone unanswered.
I tried to honestly rate this product. I've given the feature set good, because it does have a good feature set, but I've rated it poor overall, because the features do not work, and they will not tell me why or when I can expect a fix.
As it stands right now, they've extorted an upgrade fee out of me, while breaking the two features I relied on most in this product. If someone can point me to another application that has a contextual menu-based paste note feature and a good search menu extra, that'd be great. ChronosNet isn't getting any more of my money.

Doesn't work, no support - kevinhayes
After posting this, I felt it fair to come back here and post that Chronos replied to my support query. They have reproduced my paste notes problem and will fix it and gave me a work around that I didn't think of (the Services menu). If possible I would rate their support at one start higher now, although I believe they should acknowledge questions sooner than an entire week later, even if they don't have a final solution.
