Hi, I have installed this and used it for about 3 months and it worked wonderfully with MacMail and hotmail. Then one day I accessed hotmail from the web and ALL messages were gone. Including sent mail and 5 years of what I had in my inbox. I have all the mail locally on my hard drive, but that doesn't help when I am away from my computer. Please tell me how to get all this mail back onto the server and how to prevent this from happening again. I had changed no settings at all.

I have used this for a couple years now. Last year (Summer and Fall 2006) I had 5 episodes where my Hotmail account would come up empty. As it happens I couldn't trace it to httpmail access (sometimes it would happen after using it, sometimes after accessing via web). I kept sending emails to Hotmail support, never got an answer other than 'sorry' responses, but eventually everything worked okay again. So I am not sure it can be traced to httpmail at all.Reply to This
