Realplayer is a needed application for any mac user who regularly listens to a lot of internet radio (the BBC is only reliably available in real format, for one), so I was distressed to find that a lot of my playlist links didn't work in the latest version. Instead of resolving into a stream, they bring up a "playlist" window breaking down the .pls stream into unplayable links. Any solution for this?

Although I am not sure which programs from BBC make you download a .pls streaming file link, I know I listen to World Music with Charlie Gillett without one!So, BBC does not ONLY play thru RealPlayer; it also plays from my Safari v.2 under OS X 10.4.9. It may be that it is making use of my install of Flip4Mac (a free Windows Media file converter that plays streaming WMV files via a Macintosh player).
