Following logging into Roxio's website and going to the updates page, when I click on the Download button I'm recycled back to the log-in page... the cycle can't be broken to get the download! What a hassle...

Cannot DL the update! - doneby

I've been trying to download since this product came out but Roxio's site won't let me. It just loops me repeatedly to a login, download, and another download page. I called Roxio and they were rude as all get out. Everything had to be my fault. I've allowed all cookies, shut off my firewall, shut off Little Snitch, allowed pop-up windows, tried Safari, Firefox, Navigator, and IExplorer, tried a second computer, created a new account with Roxio, disconnected my Airport and went direct from my cable modem. Still no luck and Roxio doesn't answer my emails.

But it's all my fault.
