Can't live without, now possible problems with Leopard?

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

I have used this for about 6 months and can not live without it! I finally have the ability to MAXIMIZE a Mac window to full screen by a quick keyboard command, just like Windows! I have been looking for this since Mac OS 9 days.
Now that I have installed Leopard and tried setting Spooky back up, it gives an error on first run trying to create and write the preferences file. Darn!

I really need to get this fixed!

System Info:17\" MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo 2.33 MHz 2 GB RAM Mac OS X 10.5.1
