But one slight problem ... when I press "start" nothing happens? [the two other tabs are blank]

I think that means you have none. I got some extra files but my missing files was just empty. Have you tried creating a problem, like adding extra files or moving them in finder to leave a broken link in itunes?

Hi, Thanks for the info. Sorry, but we have not seen that behavior here. Some questions...What OS are you running? 10.4.x/10.5.x? Is there any log messages in Console.app?

that must be why ... I don't have any issues :) There was no notification, that makes the most sense :)

Will the program find files in this scenario:

Let's say you have random music files in your iTunes folder structure, but these files were never imported into iTunes, ... will this program find those files?
