Not remembering registration password under Leopard

Used Product For: Over One Year

Since upgrading to Leopard and installing the 4.5 VT update, each time I start VT and do a "synch now", it asks me to re-enter my registration password. After I enter my password, it seems to work fine and shows me the updated software. But if I quit and re-launch VT, I again have to enter my reg password. Really annoying.

I tried uninstalling, removing all verstion tracker/tech tracker caches and preferences, re-installing and the problem still happens.

Same for me, I tried to trash and reinstall software and preferences.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. ;-)

I'm the third :-)
I've contacted the support via email - no reaction for at least three days. Versiontracker that's a shame! WE ARE PAYING for this service so we might expect a well running software. Actually I'm extremely frustrated and I'm thinking about stopping my membership.

1. Password not saved.
2. Crash on exit, and sometimes on download.
3. Not recognizing correct versions of software

Ironic that update software needs an update so desperately.

Do we get an extension of our paid year???
