Thanks for the response Valorie. I don’t have a number for the Data Backup issue. The number I found for my Drive Genius question is 07-55546, but there’s no need to answer now. I needed help 3 months ago, and now it’s irrelevant (as you will see from my request). By the way, Prosoft did have the information I was requesting.Hopefully the number can still be of use to you, and you may find where the communication stopped.
Regarding Data Backup, should I contact Prosoft again through your web site? As you can tell, that has not worked that well for me. Or should I contact you directly?
