Doesn't work for me with a fresh installation of Leopard on a Power Mac G5. Maybe it only works for Intel machines?

Download the latest version of simbl athttp://culater.net/software/SIMBL/SIMBL.php
After that is installed close and then re-open Safari.
Should work now.
