What exactly is it fixing?

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

It would be helpful to know the workings of this application.
In my case it found several Input Managers that already work or never ceased to function.
Some have a grey checkmark and they already work, others have a red exclamation mark and they work also. One has an exclamation mark and no file name.
The one which I thought it would fix (SafariPlus) is not listed, although the bundle is still in both Input Manager Folders.

I think permissions - Ilgaz

I didn't move to Leopard yet (mostly because of Input Managers) but this thing seems fixing and securing the Input Manager permissions and moves them to /Library/Input Managers instead of your home folder to make them work under Leopard.

Just a guess.
