Existing users, 
In spite of iTunes confirming that my Apple purchased ringtones do in fact sync with the iPhone, the iPhone itself does not show anything but the stock ringtones that are included on the iPhone!
Reset, restore, re sync makes not difference! Never hacked messed with the phone BTW.
So now what?
Do I get a refund o for buying a Apple ringtone that I can't use?
Doesn't Apple test these updates prior to their release?
Anyone else have this issue?

I purchase one ringtone through Apple previously and it synched over fine after the update. But the best part is I no longer need iToner in order to add ringtones. There are few steps necessary but you can rename a ACC file to .m4r and drop it into iTunes. It then copies over to the iPhone during the next synch.Your problem may be you need to reselect a 30 sec. segment of the song. I had to make sure all my ringtones were 30 seconds or less in order to be added to the iPhone.
