This is a must-have app. It is the most useful utility for the Mac OSX that I can think of. Unfortunately it stopped working once I installed 10.5 Leopard. Please, please update the app so that it works with 10.5. Not having the ability to double-click a window (that stays in place) is driving me crazy.

PS: if you have 10.4 or even 10.3, get this app. You will never again want to live without it.

Oops, disregard that comment about doble-clicking the window so it stays in place, I was thinking of Window Shade, another must-have app to complement OSX. And yes, X-assist works fully with 10.4, despite the fact that it isn't listed in the info here.

I agree. I have used X-Assist since OSX came out. It is a pain to have to hunt through the dock for an open app instead of just clicking it back open.

I agree. I really miss it. I tried something called Hierarchical Menus to try to replace it. Either it didn't do anything (not that I could see anyway) or I never figured out how to work it.

I assume enough people have e-mailed Peter Li with the request to updae X-Assist, so I won't bombard him too.
