After having Pixelmator during the demo period it's obviously pretty to look at. But, it's sluggish and it's nowhere near as robust as GraphicConverter, a workhorse but lacking a beautiful interface. If it had been $20 I might have gone ahead an purchased it. But, an upgrade to GC was a better deal.
