Leopard Does not purrrr ....

I am so regretting upgrading to Leopard at the moment.
My Apple USB External Fax Modem has stopped working so I cannot communicate with my bank.
I cannot use any printers on my network at home - it refuses to load them (and yes I have updated the drivers).
There is no driver currently available for my printer at work (FujiXerox Docuprint 203A).
It keeps stuffing up the information in my account preferences in Mail so that it will not access my email.
I use Filemaker every day and the only way this will work I have discovered is if I use USA as my country in System Preferences. This makes all my date formats weird.
Why release an OS in this kind of an environment?
I wish I could downgrade, but it seems that this will create its own problems.

When you have that much important business on your computer you should always install a fresh new OSX 10.5 on a different hard drive and slowly install your important items one at a time. I have installed a new system on a different drive and I can easily swap back to 10.4.8, then to 10.5. Buy a firewire bootable hard Drive if you don't have a Mac Pro w/extra bays.

The new system works with almost everything I have, and it's ,a lot.
