Existing users, 
MochaSoft outright refused to add a little feature called..drumroll please...
LANDSCAPE printing.. I was upset to get their curt response to my rationale- as for a better experience. Well its better than telnet into the server directly but some simple additions such as the above is needed. Still its cheaper than Cellview (not better).
