After installing the new version, I couldn't open the preference pane for the app despite reinstallations. The System Preference pane would quit each time I tried.

I reinstalled version 3.1.1 and will wait until this bug is addressed.

thanks for reporting it, if you re-download (same link) you'll get version 3.2.1 which I believe fixes the problem (please let me know otherwise).
