Product Platform: WinNT,Win95,Win98,WinME,WinXP,Win2k

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

I installed the trial version and it does what it's supposed to do, Block websites that you don't want people going to. It's easy to manage.

The Problem I am having now is that there is NO customer support from Scorpio at all. I uninstalled the software after I was finished testing it and found that the web pages are still being blocked. I emailed Scorpio software and still have not gotten any response from them ( it's been about 2 weeks now ) on how to fix this issue.

I am not going to recommend this product to any of my clients due to the lack of customer service. It works but there's no help from these guys at all. I hope and wish for anyone else who tries this software has better luck than I have had.

No Customer Support - the ostrich

This problem is rampant amongst those sampling "website block buddy", and I myself was confronted with it. The commpany tries to trick people into buying their software by making them think that the only way the can unblock a website is by buying it...connving ***holes. Heres how you can fix it: download and re-install website block buddy, go to the "blocked websites list", click and drag your mouse to highlight all of the sites on the list, and press the delete key on your keyboard, thus deleting them. Promptly uninstall this software before it finds another way to take your computer hostage, and send this company an email telling them you hope they're run into the ground, and you and everyone you know will have nothing to do with in the future. And i'm serious about the email part. We need to take a stand against this manipulation.
