This software has pretty much rendered by HTC Touch useless (I MUST be able to sync my data with my Mac).

Biggest mistake I made was purchasing this rubbish. When it does work, I have to plug my phone in and switch the power on and off a couple of times for it to recognise a connection. Most of the time I get error reports and it just freezes or shuts down. VT should really have some sort of regulation to prevent this sort of rubbish being listed on their site.
