Can't make it work in Leopard

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Contributed by: karunald1 Monday, October 29 2007 @ 09:25 AM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 6-12 months

I installed it. Can't find it anywhere in Applications, etc., but I do see under 'services' for Safari and Mail. However, when I select my text and print - nothing spits out. I can print normally so everything's set up right.

Any ideas? (and if anyone knows how to make this an easy-peasy button to use it without going thru the menu system - that would be cool)
System Info:Mac 10.5 Leopard.

Can't make it work in Leopard - karunald1

It doesn't show up in Applications and I think that's the problem. Can't get it to install?

Can't make it work in Leopard - asrermd

Same here. Ability to work with Leopard is ne. Worked fine with Tiger. Believe it has somethin to do with the way services are set up. The folder structure is different in Leopard. Hopefully they can come up with a fix.

Can't make it work in Leopard - dnunz_dotmac

didn't work for me either, to remove, go to your Macintosh HD, Library folder, Services folder - you may need to restart computer or it says it's in use...

Works fine in Leopard 10.5.5 PowerPC - tmcintos

It works fine for me. Installs into /Library/Services/.

Perhaps the confusion of others is due to it not supporting Intel x86?

It works in Mac Mail. It is located inside the Utilities folder (inside the Application folder) under the term "Grab." If you try to print from "Grab" it distorts the page. If you use "Capture," then "Save As" a tiff file, you can then open your tiff file in Preview and print it correctly.
