This is so *censored*ing lame, I want a case sensetive filesystem so I know for sure my files won't give me any troubles if I switch OS.
So far the only application I've had any troubles with on HFSX+ is Photoshop and Warcraft III. It was understandable althought lame that it wasn't fixed for WC3 and CS2 because they where relased before HFSX+ I guess, but there are no excuse for the beta of CS3 or the real version to not work.
I solved WC3 by creating a HFS+ image and install into that instead, and I know the same thing worked for the CS3 beta, but with real CS3 it doesn't work because they check the filesystem of the operating system and then just tell you that you can't install it. Great!
Good work Adobe! Really hard to write the right filenames ...
HFSX+ people can check at Pixelmator instead ..

I reported this as a bug waaay back when MacOS X first came out -- what would that be, PS 7?The last Photoshop I bought was PS8 -- the first CS version. With CS2, they put "phone home" authorization in, and I refuse to buy anything from a company that treats its customers like criminals.
Then I got Aperture, and am mostly happy as a clam. It doesn't totally replace Photoshop, but as a photographer, it replaces about 85% of what I formerly used Photoshop for.
Adobe wants to be Microsoft when it grows up. Just Say No to monopolies.
