Mikexryan,
iToner does not "jailbreak" your iPhone, nor does it put any code on your iPhone. It simply puts ringtones in the user area of your phone, using the exact same APIs and method that iTunes uses.
There is no way that iToner can "brick" or otherwise damage your iPhone. If you have problems, and need help, please feel free to contact us at:
help@AmbrosiaSW.com
You mention that you tried to contact us 10 times; I'm very concerned, because our tech support staff is always quick to respond. What email address did you send your inquiry to?
I am positive that iToner is not the source of the problems you are having with your iPhone, but I would be more than happy to assist you, and also would be more than happy to refund your money if you like. Contact me directly at: andrew@AmbrosiaSW.com
