I don't mind all the bugs, or that it doesn't work as advertised. I just miss the good old spinning beach ball and the screeching noise. I'm off to the basement to see if my trusty old 4800 baud modem is still down there somewhere. :-)

Could you elaborate a bit on the beta 2 version? I have a family member who's still on AOL, much to my chagrin, and I told her to hold off on this version until it's less buggy than the current 10.3 (or whatever) version that's available for Macs. Is it worth trying yet, or should we wait another version or two? Thanks!

What are they using it for? if it's just mail check out:

Shows you how to sent up any client, Apple Mail, Entourage, to get and send mail. I just tried it and it works fine.
