I've been using the old freeware version, known as Textpander, for a long time, but now when version 2 of TextExpander came out with the ability to create snippet groups I finally can motive the paid upgrade, now a big nummer of snippets isn't that hard to manage anymore.

So I bought an upgrade, and nothing happend. It wouldn't react to my abbreviations. So I mailed the support, and they mailed me back within 46 minutes. (I live in Sweden, so it was in the middle of the night here hehe), after some further testing to identify the problem they mail me back and tell me a new version that fixes my problem is available for download, this is one and a half day from my initial mail to them.

So, I am very pleased with the level of support I've gotten from the creators of this great time-saving software. :-)
