Asking for "softkey" after hard-drive crash and re-install

I had my hard-drive crash awhile back. I had saved a backup of the program on a CD, so I reinstalled it. I was able to find a printed copy of my purchase order that contained the registration ID/Key. However, now when I try to launch the program it asks for the softkey. I'm not sure what it's referring to. I don't see anything about a softkey number on the purchase order page. Where/how do I find out this number? I've tried contacting their website and tech support but have yet to receive a response!
